These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FraudFighter application (“App”, “Service”) provided through the Shopify App Store. By installing or using FraudFighter, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

FraudFighter is a Shopify application designed to help merchants identify and block orders placed through Amazon’s “Buy for Me” service. The App provides:

• Automatic detection of orders from Amazon Buy for Me customers
• Optional automatic tagging of detected orders
• Optional automatic cancellation of detected orders
• Theme extension for robots meta tag management

2. Eligibility

To use FraudFighter, you must:

• Be a Shopify merchant with an active Shopify store
• Have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your business
• Comply with Shopify’s Terms of Service

3. Account and Access

Access to FraudFighter is provided through Shopify’s OAuth authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Shopify account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that the permissions granted to FraudFighter are appropriate for your needs

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FraudFighter only for its intended purpose of fraud prevention. You may not:

• Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to harm, harass, or discriminate against any individual
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure

5. Subscription and Billing

FraudFighter is offered as a paid subscription through the Shopify App Store. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees
• Billing is handled through Shopify’s billing system
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Shopify platform issues
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• FraudFighter is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will detect all fraudulent orders
• We are not liable for any lost revenue, profits, or data arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Disclaimer

FraudFighter is a tool to assist with fraud detection. It is not a guarantee against fraud. You acknowledge that:

• The App may not detect all fraudulent orders
• The App may occasionally flag legitimate orders
• You are responsible for reviewing flagged orders and making final decisions
• You should not rely solely on the App for fraud prevention

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FraudFighter, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may uninstall the App from your Shopify store at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
